Shipping Policy

Please note we DO NOT ship to PO boxes.

Our standard shipping option is with Australia Post and advise for 3-7 business days for delivery.

We offer express shipping which is guaranteed 1-3 business days for delivery and this service is also through Australia Post.

You will be provided with a tracking number when your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch. You can check the status of your package via the Australia Post website.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed, and Glorious Biz does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.

Please contact the Australia Post directly to resolve delivery time issues.

We have no control over packages delivery once they leave our warehouse however, we endeavor to dispatch same day or following business day to ensure fast delivery.

Warranty

All our products are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.

Please retain all receipts and packaging for warranty purposes. If an item needs to be replaced under warranty, we will not give you credit or exchange the item until the manufacturer’s approval.
